Traveling Cap Mushroom Company is a small-scale mushroom farm located in West Boylston Massachusetts where we cultivate a passion for gourmet mushrooms.  At Traveling Cap, our aim is to provide high-quality, healthy mushroom options to our local communities through farmers markets and to meet all our consumers mushroom needs. We are also excited to work with local restaurants and retailers, ensuring they have consistency in quality and quantity of mushrooms. Here at Traveling Cap, we focus our operations around sustainability and zero-waste practices, seeking to minimize food waste through both donation of excess mushrooms and a prioritization of mushroom preservation methods to create gourmet products. At Traveling Cap we are always working to create a community of mushroom lovers and offer a variety of workshops and educational seminars for all ages and levels of learners.  Guided by a farm-to-table concept, our mission is to provide both individuals and businesses in the Massachusetts area with a variety of unique, healthy mushroom options to choose from.
